I came here the other night for dinner with my boyfriend and really enjoyed my trip. Our waitress was very nice and attentive, our food was mostly delicious. We ordered sloppy fires and mozzarella sticks for appetizers and they were both great. For our meals we ordered platters and we both got mac & cheese as a side and the Mac and cheese was gross. I've had their mac & cheese numerous times and it's always been good but for some reason this batch was off, neither of us ate it. The atmosphere in there was good, nice and laid back, they have TV's everywhere, however with the storm their Direct TV went out. There is plenty of parking and even motorcycle parking. I know there are multiple locations but to me this is the only one that matters.

Absolutely love this place!! Chicken tacos are my favorite. Lots of seating in and outside- friendly staff and bbq sauce I dare say better than the competitor. The chili is outstanding and well anything from the smoker. Great drink specials and live local bands often.

Pretty underwhelming. We went in on a Thursday. We were greeted instantly and seated. The floors were sticky but whateves. The hostess and waitresses were super friendly and attentive which is the only bright spot. The beer menu was good. Nothing crazy. Menu was big. We ordered Brisket and ribs with mac and cheese. Wing dip for an appetizer was decent. The brisket was really meh. Not much flavor at all ribs also just meh at best. I've been to some seriously top notch bbq places this one really misses the mark.

So Limp Lizard first came around about 15 years ago. I've been going to various locations ever since, but this one on Onondaga Blvd is the one I frequented back when I first started going. But here's the thing...in all the times I've eaten Limp Lizard, I'd never actually had their BBQ. Recently, we had a Yelp Elite Event at Limp Lizard and I figured it was the perfect chance for me to give it a try.
There was plenty to eat, pulled pork sandwiches, BBQ beans, cornbread and Mac and cheese. I liked their pulled pork a lot, but I wasn't a fan of their sides. The cornbread and beans were too sweet for me and the Mac and cheese did not have much flavor.
But, when I order from LL, I usually get their tomato-cucumber salad, sweet potato fries, or Spanish rice, so I know they had good sides that I enjoy. I also usually get wraps or something other than BBQ when I take out, so they definitely have other good, tasty options outside of their BBQ offerings.
I also tried their wings for the first time and I really liked them. They're smoked first then deep fried and tossed in Buffalo sauce. I'm a huge wings fan, one of my favorite foods, and I thought they were really tasty.
Service was fine, but it was a big event so I couldn't make too much of a judgement. I usually do take out at LL, and all the employees I've encountered are usually pretty friendly.
It's not my favorite BBQ in the city, but it'll definitely fill your BBQ craving. -

This place just gets better and better. Stunning onion rings. Whether you get Shannon or Kristen, the service is A1. If you're eating, Morgan is tops.
Probably the best bar in Syracuse.
